Request for Proposal - Architectural Services
1 - Introduction
ReMerge is requesting from your firm a proposal for architectural, engineering, interior design and other services for an addition at their current facility located at 823 N Villa Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73107.
2 – ReMerge
Our Mission
To restore mothers and families through a comprehensive diversion program of treatment, recovery, and hope.
3 – Project Vision
The construction of ReMerge’s current facility was completed in December of 2019. The program has grown rapidly and they are in need of more space. The addition would include, but not limited to:
A recreational style community space .
Clothing closet.
Additional offices
Separate entrance from the main building
A group Room
A therapy room
ReMerge feels this is their first, last and only opportunity to add on to the building and would like to maximize the size of this addition.
This project is being funded through ARPA. We are looking to complete the project by the end of 2024.
4 – Scope of Architectural Services
Architectural services shall include, but not be limited to planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents, construction observation and administration. Firms should employ an adequate staff to service the client and expedition’s manner. Firms should partner with others or provide themselves other engineering services as may be required, civil, structural or MEP services. Firms shall provide interior design services. Firms will partner throughout design and construction with Owner’s vendors and suppliers including but not limited to, office systems and furniture, low voltage systems, information and communication technology systems.
5 - Proposal Content
Proposals should include the following information:
A. Firm overview.
B. Project team members, education, and experience.
C. Experience with similar clients.
D. Experience with similar projects.
E. References.
F. Estimated Fee
ReMerge is not requiring or expecting design concepts, sketches, or drawings as part of the proposal. Brevity is appreciated, more pages is not necessarily better.
Please provide 2 printed copies of the RFP response as well as an electronic version in PDF format by the date outlined in the Project Schedule below.
7 - Selection Criteria
This will be a Qualifications Based Selection. Criteria will be:
A. Firm qualifications.
B. Project team members, education, and experience.
C. Firm and team experience with similar clients and projects similarly ARPA funded.
D. References.
Minimum acceptable qualifications include the ability to meet ReMerge’s criteria above and all required professional licenses.

Architect selection January 10
